At the heart of the Mocha Café concept is the Dilettante Chocolate Scale. Choose from five cacao percentages to truly customize your mocha or hot chocolate experience. From deep dark chocolate at 72% cacao, to smooth and creamy white chocolate at 31% cacao, there is a delightful chocolate profile for every palate. The chocolate used to create their luscious mochas and hot chocolate is melted in pots right behind their counters to create each rich chocolate beverage. With so many decadent options, just one question remains, "What's Your Chocolate Number?"
