Great as a wing sauce, on mac and cheese, or in a Bloody Mary. Beautiful and funky bright red medium lacto fermented hot sauce. We ferment a blend of sweet and spicy cherry peppers with garlic and onion. It’s finished with white vinegar and local wildflower honey for just a touch of sweetness. A perfect ‘everyday’ hot sauce that goes with everything.
