Woodinville Whiskey Barrel Aged Maple Syrup

SKU
8-06753

After Woodinville Whiskey Co. empties their bourbon and rye whiskey barrels they refill with pure, grade-A, dark amber maple syrup that is harvested from the eastern United States. They put them away to age gracefully where they absorb all the delicious flavors from the barrel: vanilla, caramel, wood spice and best of all a hint of whiskey. 8.5 oz. Add this to your favorite pancakes or waffles, as an ice cream topping, or as a glaze for your salmon. Mix in your cocktail as a simple syrup substitute, or in coffee as a substitute for sugar.

About Woodinville Whiskey

(Woodinville, Washington)

David Pickerell set up shop in Washington state, and it wasn’t because he couldn’t find a map to Kentucky. Pure ingredients, pristine water and unique aging conditions make Washington an ideal place for distilling.

As Master Distiller at Maker’s Mark for 14 years, Pickerell is something of a legend in the whiskey community. At Woodinville Whiskey, Pickerell’s recipes and mentorship have been brought to life in a craft environment.

Whiskey is only as good as the ingredients you put into it. That’s why Woodinville Whiskey only use carefully chosen ingredients grown in the Pacific Northwest and water as pure as the Washington mountains it comes from. The finest new American oak whiskey barrels from the northern forest and optimal aging environments produce an aging effect that gives their whiskey an undeniable swagger. You’ll taste the difference.
