How to order online -
It's simple just click the "Add to Cart" button on the items you want to purchase. When you have finished shopping click on the "Checkout" button and follow the step-by-step checkout instructions. After you enter your billing and shipping information and submit your order, a confirmation will automatically be sent to you via email. Please note 8.0% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to Washington State gift recipients.

We ship anywhere in the continental United States according to the following table. All orders must be placed by 8:00 a.m. PST for same day shipments. (Monday-Friday)

All standard shipments go via ground, and will take 3-7 business days (delivery on Monday-Friday only) unless indicated otherwise in the product description. Please note that Frozen/On Ice items ship standard via 2-day Air Express, and are charged $15.99 per item, per shipment. We cannot ship Frozen/On Ice products to PO Boxes.
All 2-day Air Express shipments ship Monday-Friday only. For example: if you order is shipped on Thursday - it will not be delivered until Monday. Orders going to PO Boxes cannot be upgraded to 2-day air. Orders must be placed before 8:00 am PST.
Overnight Service is available for an additional $29.99 per order. Orders going to PO Boxes cannot be upgraded to Overnight service. Orders must be placed before 8:00 am PST. All Overnight service shipments will be delivered Monday-Friday only.
Overnight Saturday delivery is available for $45.99 per order, but may not be available to all areas. Please call us at 800-338-9903 to confirm delivery to specific locations. All Overnight Saturday orders must be placed before 8:00 am PST.
Shipping & Delivery Guarantee
To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses.
Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward.
We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given.
International Orders
For shipments outside of the United States, please check the Shipping Chart to see if we are able to ship to your destination. If we can ship to your desired country, please give us a call at 1-800-338-9903 to place your international order. All of our packages that ship internationally have the shipping charges based on weight, which we have to manually configure, and they go via USPS Air Parcel Post.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
You can return any item purchased over this web site either via mail, or at any of our five store locations within 60 days of purchase. All you need is your receipt. Please note that for safety reasons food items cannot be returned or exchanged.
